Shipping & Returns/Exchanges

Order Confirmation:

We offer free shipping on all orders. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Depending on shipping delays due to covid, your order should be delivered within 5-10 business days of shipment. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@floatingnook.com.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to sales@floatingnook.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

LeisureMod:

Damaged & Missing Parts

LeisureMod products are carefully packaged and shipped to withstand damage during transportation. If your item arrives with damage or missing parts, we request that you notify us right away. Our LeisureMod team will work to find you a suitable replacement at minimum or no charge as promptly as possible.

In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we are happy replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit.

We stand behind every LeisureMod product, and we are committed to 100% resolution of any concerns
or complaints. Your satisfaction is our priority, and LeisureMod is backed by absolute customer care.

Returns

We value your business and your satisfaction with your LeisureMod product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us following the guidelines below.

To return merchandise for any reason:.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original ship date.
• Products must be returned in original condition.
• Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges, either way, are not refundable
• Returns must be shipped back to LeisureMod with prepaid shipping label. Your package should be addressed to the distribution center noted in the upper right hand corner of your original packing slip.
• Return shipments that are not prepaid will be refused.
• Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• Credit will be issued for merchandise only upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, with restocking charge and handling fee applied.

Exchanges:

● We allow exchanges within the 30 days after the items have been received.
● The item to be exchanged must be returned to your local distribution center with the original manufacturer's packaging.
● If the item being exchanged is higher in price, the customer must pay the difference before the second item is shipped.
● If the item being exchanged is lower in price, the customer will be refunded or credited the difference.
● All exchanged items must be in the original condition and packaging, damage-free. If pieces are missing or damaged, the customer will be held liable for replacement pieces or the exchange may be voided.

 

 

Flower Houses:

 

All items are available to return at any time. However, the box needs to be new and unopened and there is a 20% restocking fee and the buyer must pay for shipping.

 

Byer Of Maine:

 

All items have a 30 day return policy but the buyer must pay shipping as well as a 15% restocking fee.
